BlueThread Partner Leader Dinner/Roundtable - San Carlos

May 6, 2026

6:00pm - 9:00pm

San Carlos, CA

Some of the best conversations in partnerships never happen at conferences. They happen at dinner - when the room is small enough that people actually say what they think. The BlueThread Partnership Roundtable is an intimate, curated dinner for senior partnership and alliance leaders in the Bay Area who are navigating the real complexity of partner-led growth in 2026 and beyond. No panels. No vendor pitches. Just sharp people, honest dialogue, and good food. We keep the guest list tight by design. Every seat matters.

This dinner is built for practitioners - people who run or are building partner programs at B2B SaaS companies, PE-backed platforms, or emerging alliance ecosystems. You'll be in the room with:

• VP and Director-level Partnership & Alliance leaders • Partner Sales and Partner Success operators with real P&L exposure • Founders and revenue leaders building partner-led GTM from scratch • PE and growth investors focused on portfolio partnership strategy If your title has 'partner' in it but your KPIs have 'pipeline' in them - this dinner was designed for you.

The Format

The Format

We seat 12-16 leaders around a single table. One moderator (Rob Moyer, Bluethread.io) keeps the conversation moving across 2-3 structured topics, with room for the dialogue to go where it needs to go. We start with introductions that actually matter - not titles, but the problem you're trying to solve right now. Expect candor. We operate under Chatham House rules - what's said at the table stays at the table, though insights and themes get shared back to attendees after. Dinner runs approximately 2.5 hours. Drinks, conversation, and follow-up connections are on you.

Trusted by partnerships leaders at 40+ B2B companies

Topics on the Table

We'll anchor the dinner around 2-3 of these themes, chosen based on what's most relevant to the final guest list. Here's what's in the mix:

1. AI Is Changing Your Tech Stack — Now What?

How AI agents, automation, and co-pilot tools are reshaping partner enablement, co-sell execution, and partner marketing. Are PRMs even the right infrastructure anymore? What does a modern AI-native partner tech stack actually look like?

2. Up-skilling for the AI Era: How Are You Transforming Your Team's Strategy?

The partner operator job description is being rewritten in real time. How are leaders thinking about re-skilling their teams and themselves - to stay relevant? From prompt engineering for partner use cases to AI-assisted co-sell, deal scoring, and QBR prep, what does the modern partner professional actually need to know? And how do you build a learning culture in a function that's historically been allergic to formal training?

3. Revenue Attribution: The War That Never Ends

Influenced vs. sourced vs. co-sold. Why partner teams are still losing the internal budget fight and what the leaders who've won it did differently. CRM-native attribution, sandbox data, and the political reality of getting credit for what partners actually drive.

4. The Integration Ecosystem as a GTM Lever

Why your integration partner list is one of your most underutilized pipeline sources and how the companies building ecosystem-led GTM are structuring their integration programs, partner tiers, and marketplace strategies differently.
