Partner Operators Forum, North America
The room where partner leaders bring real problems.
A closed peer group for North American partner leaders. Small, capped, and reviewed by application. Every member owns a number and approves spend, so the conversation is real. Run by BlueThread in alliance with HockeyStick.
Apply for Cohort 1Leaders lane, Cohort 1. First session February 2027.
In the seat
- 10 facilitated sessions, online
- 2 one on ones with a BlueThread advisor
- 1 team session, up to four people from the same company
- Monthly peer advisory board with your cohort
Why members join
Candid by design.
Chatham House rules
Every session is confidential. Nothing is attributed to a person or company outside the group, so members bring real numbers and real problems.
A working group, not a webinar
The group is small and capped. Participation is expected, and the agenda is shaped by the operators in the room.
Peers, not vendors
Members carry a partner number and approve spend. Sponsors fund the dinners and join workshops as participants only, never in closed sessions.
Lanes never mix
Closed sessions stay within one lane, because mixed tiers break trust. Lanes meet only at events and the quarterly workshops.
Who should apply
The Leaders lane is for the person who owns the number.
- You are a VP or Head of Partnerships, or a Program Leader.
- You own a P&L, carry a partner number, and approve spend without a committee.
- Partnerships is a function with targets you answer for, not a side project.
- You will contribute openly. The Forum is only as good as the people in it.

Founding rate
$3,500
a year, locked for two years
Cohort 1 founding members keep this rate for their first two years. The standard Leaders rate is $4,500 a year. Membership is a 12-month term, billed once up front. Three or more seats from one company get 20% off.
Terms are confirmed in your membership agreement before you join. If anything here differs from the membership agreement, the agreement governs.
What is next
More lanes, one at a time.
The Forum starts with Leaders. Each lane that follows is priced and run separately, so every room stays at one level.
