BlueThread Highlights
The signal behind the headlines
Partner ecosystems are becoming distribution infrastructure for AI.
TD SYNNEX is adding specialized routes to market, AWS is using cloud credits as an ecosystem lever, Extreme Networks wants partners building custom agents, and Everbridge has opened a marketplace. Across these moves, partner strategy is moving closer to how products are discovered, extended, funded, and sold.
Operator takeaway
Choose one ecosystem surface where buyers or agents discover your offer, then make the partner value proposition easy to find, test, transact, and measure there.
This week's question
If software starts choosing its own tools, what will make your company the partner an agent, or a buyer, selects?
